I had the pleasure of photographing the 2009 Down Syndrome Association of Greater New Orleans Buddy Walk at Zephyr Stadium on Saturday, October 24, 2009. This was a fantastic family event with many wonderful smiling faces on a fantastic sunny and bright fall afternoon. Below is slideshow from the event that I hope you all enjoy. I am excited to share some really great news from the 2009 Professional Photographers of Louisiana State Convention which I attended and entered print competition - five of my prints achieved a Merit and two in particular won awards, First Place in Portrait category along with the Presiden’ts Awards “Best Face” for Blue Eyes, the image on the left. I also dug up an old rodeo image of mine from Cheyenne Frontier Days which also mertied and won a Distinguished Print Award in the Electronic Imaging category. I am thrilled and excited to share this wonderful achievement with my clients, family and friends. Thank you.

Had a blast recently with Savannah and Aubrey - we decided to mix things up a little and head downton to the warehouse district for a photoshoot one Sunday afternoon - it turned out to be a lot of fun and we got a great mix of images. Below are my favorites from the day. Enjoy!

Megan and Michelle came for a visit from Houston recently - my goodness they are growing up so quickly! We had a great time on a summery New Orleans morning in the studio - the girls had a blast in the studio as we played with props and dressed up with some fun hats and things and let’s not forget about all the jumping around we did too!
